Crazy UFO on the way to the Job.

I was driving Thrusday morning to the job site and seen this,  I was trying to slow down and take a photo, but was kinda late.  It was amazing.  Everyone that was on the road that came by me, and stop was shocked. 

Even the people from outter space are looking at all of the deals in this world,  US for sale 16T.

Well, we are off and running now.  16 days sense  our permit and we are grouting walls and importing dirt for our pad work.

It was a beautiful morning this fine Thrusday the 6th, around 83 and sunny.  Today we did a little prep work and grouted all of the stem walls.  As a custom home builder, we always build our homes with the exterior footings in natural soil, ( not in compacted soils ).  Enjoy todays photo's.  Curtis

We are just a few weeks away from starting a new build in Blackstone Country Club.  This Custom build to suit home has some great features.  Custom wall of glass that slides away into the walls to bring the out-doors in and the in-doors out.  Designed to take in the golf course and mountain views. Nice Kitchen Remodel

This was a real fun Kitchen Remodel, time was short but we managed to get this renovation done on time.  From demo to final paint this Remodel job took us 3 weeks.  Complete demo of old cabinets and old tile floors,  we put in new full overlay cabinets, new granite tops, new appliances, 750 sq ft of tile floors and a completely new paint job.  This home sure looks great and feels like a new home.

 I really like the 1/2 x 1/2 glass tile back splash, sparkels with the under counter lights.

Backyard Garden

Well, We just finished the first part of this new backyard garden area. This is going to be a great area for gardening. Enjoy what we have done. We are always doing some fun things when we are not building homes.

Raised Planters and Pavers

Just finished the pavers for the backyard ahead of our spring rains. Over the next couple of weeks we will try and finish up all the planters and painting.

Raised Planter beds/Backyard Make over

This is the time of year to start enjoying the great out doors. Here is a little project we have took on that consist of raised planters, new 2 tier paver patio and a complete out door kitchen make over. Using Raised beds along the fence walls for garden Veggies and raised planters around the BBQ and Fire place. This is sure to be a great place to entertain and have many enjoyable nights with friends and family.
